How to order:

Dear all esteemed customers,

Our company - Duy Minh Joint Stock Company have been a reputable and experienced company in field of exporting ethanol.  In order to save your time and we know exactly what you would like, please send us the quotation request with full information as follows:

1. Product code you choose
2. Denaturant or purity ethanol
3. Port of destination
4. Packaging
5. Quantity for the order
6. Payment: Which payment method you accept
7. Estimated delivery time

Let us explain below:

1. Product's code:

We have had 4 main types of ethanol with 4 correlative product's codes (DVDM, LSDM, QNDM, DXDM).  Each product code has different quality making the price differently. Thus, choose and ask for quotation for the quality you would like.

2. Denaturants:

Please confirm you would like purity ethanol or denatured ethanol. We commonly denature with N-hexane, Methanol, Toluene, IPA, Bitrex. We can also denature with the chemical you request.

3. Port of Destination:

We can supply with FOB price basic, CIF price basic or CFR price basic.

Please inform us Port of Destination because kind of packing is depending on loading port. Some ports only accept shipments in FCL 20” for brand new steel drum shipment, some ports accept both are shipment in FCL 20”  and Isotank, and some ports accept all FCL 20”, Isotank  and Bulk shipment.

4. Packing:

We have mainly supply ethanol in:

- Isotank 24,000 liters.

- Brand new steel drum 200 liters. (80 drums in a FCL 20” shipment)

- Bulk (for shipment with quantity 1000 MT minimum)

5. Quantity for an order:

We would like to give our minimum quantity as follows:

Packing in brand new steel drum 200 liters: Minimum quantity is 01 FCL 20' (80 brand new steel drums 200 liters)

Packing in Isotank 24,000 liters: Minimum quantity is 01 Isotank 24,000 liters

Packing in bulk: Minimum quantity is 1000 metric ton.

6. Payment:

With FOB price basic: you can payment by:

- Letter of Credit at sight

- Transfer money TT100% right after shipment date.

With CIF price basic or CFR price basic: you can payment by:

- Transfer TT100% right after shipment date

- Transfer money TT40%/60%:  

TT40% at 15 - 20 days before shipment date.                                                                     TT60% right after shipment date.

With customers come from Africa market: You are kindly requested to payment by transfer money TT100% before shipment date.

7. Estimated delivery time:

Sea freight has changed dramatically now so the estimated delivery time will be important for us to give you our best quotation
